Villa Kula’s creative team work hard to ensure that your event space is a one-off, bespoke design unique to you or your company. For this reason, no two events are ever the same and pricing will vary.
Many aspects come into play when quoting up an event setting. The style of function, guest numbers, location and all the intricate details that make your event special.
The process of designing your event space is a collaborative effort from you, the client, and Villa Kula’s creative team. It’s very simple and a lot of fun.
Step One – Share your ideas
By filling in the event contact form with as much detail as possible, you are helping the VK creative team to visualize your setting. This is the first step in making your event a reality. They can then suggest relevant products and floor plan concepts that are most suited to your style of function and budget. Take a look at our online rental catalogue for inspiration!
Step Two – Book an appointment
Villa Kula’s breathtaking showroom showcases the endless possibilities. The exquisite Royal tent furnished with lounges and day beds, a New York loft style bar, a Moroccan inspired opium den or divine garden party setting. Here, you get the opportunity to be tactile with all of their beautiful things, and talk one on one with an event stylist who will help transform your ideas into a actual event plan. Alternatively, if you have a venue that you would like to meet at this can also be arranged. VK will measure up the site, discuss your vision, then go to work on your custom design. The initial consultation/site visit takes approximately 30 minutes and there is no charge.
Step Three – A style brief
This is where Villa Kula’s creatives come together.
Working from a collection of ideas, images and floor plan sketches, a VK stylist will create your bespoke style brief infused with your personal style or corporate brand. This is a picture based story board showcasing how they plan to go about creating your dream setting, incorporating all the finer details. Chairs, tables, flowers, lighting and specialty decor. Included in the style brief is your quote.
Step Four – Finalise your plan
The initial plan may require some changes here and there, which is very normal in event styling. Your VK Stylist will discuss any changes that you would like to make and then set the wheels in motion.
A 25% non refundable deposit is required to secure your event date and items listed.
