ROYAL TENT 12M X 12M
The breathtaking, architecturally designed, Royal Canvas Villa is the most regal luxury tent in the Villa Kula collection. Featuring a soaring 6m high centre canopy, and four adjoining rooms, this timeless design has the option of being styled as one large open plan space or an intimate setting complete with outdoor verandahs. Ideally suited as a luxe cocktail setting for up to 200, VIP lounge bar for 100, or exquisite dining space for up to 80 guests. This tent requires an area of approximately 14m x 14m, a manicured, flat lawn or custom floor (which can be arranged by VK) and takes a full day to set and a further day to style. Dismantling takes approximately 2 days. Furniture packages can be found in our resources section, or contact the office for more customised settings.

RAJ CABANA TENT 4M X 4M
The Raj Cabana tent is beautifully detailed with a scalloped valance & subtle decorative inner linings. Every tent setting comes complete with sheer cotton drapes & tie backs. Ideally suited for intimate dining or lounging, the Raj can be co-joined to make banquet style dinner tents or fabulous VIP cabanas at race days, polo games & private functions. The Raj tents can be set up easily by VK’s trained staff within approximately 1-2 hours on manicured flat lawn or hard surfaces (minor cost variance) and are easily dismantled.

BEDI GARDEN TENT 2.75 X 7.5M
This versatile garden or poolside tent features a central room and two side canopies. Well suited to intimate gatherings of up to 20 guests along a banquet style dinner table (think Bentwood dining chairs and lantern lighting from above.) This structure requires a manicured flat lawn or hard surface of approximately 3m x 8.5m. The Bedi is also ideally suited as a garden style outdoor lounge room or small statement bar. Easily set up by the trained VK staff within approximately 2 hours.

SCALLOPED TENT 3m x 9m
The elegant Scalloped tent is beautiful in it’s simplicity. Featuring a scalloped valance, sheer cotton drapes & floaty cotton linings. Ideally suited as a statement bar tent or sophisticated VIP lounge setting. This structure requires approximately 10m L x 4m width to allow placement of the guy ropes and can be set up on either manicured flat lawn or a hard surface. This tent is easily set up by VK’s trained staff within 2-3 hours.
