With over 2 decades of experience in luxury event planning we passionately design & manage moment defining events from intimate gatherings to large gala productions. We’ve hosted literally 1000’s of flawless private events from bold and bright Mexican fiestas & Moroccan inspired dinner parties to luxury tented picnics, church christenings and celebratory wakes at private homes.
The first step in producing your stand out, memorable event is getting to know you better. We invite you to join us at our exquisite warehouse /atelier for a one on one chat with an experienced VK event designer. Brimming with inspiration & like no other warehouse space in the country, we have on hand luxury furniture, soft furnishings, decorative effects and a royal canvas villa in situ – its here we find our space brings out the creative side in everyone who visits us.
What’s most important?
At our initial get together we’ll drink tea, Italian coffee (and sometimes champagne!) and talk openly about ‘What’s most important to you’. We’ll ask all the essential questions. We’ll walk you through some of our collections, get to know you’re sense of style whilst voraciously taking notes. We’ll even sketch concepts as we go.
By the end of our first meeting, we will have already ‘brainstormed’ lots of fabulous ideas together, established your aesthetic and drafted your first floor plan.
Drawing on our extensive hospitality & interior design experience we’ll then go away to work on creating your very own, bespoke event, all the while considering your budget & all the ‘must have’ elements. We’ll make the planning process fun and suggest only the highest quality ‘perfect fit’ vendors to ensure every finite detail, from flowers to food, to lighting and entertainment is a thoughtful, beautiful blend of all the components that make up a truly memorable event.
Scope of Services
Our scope of service begins with styling & furniture hire to total event management including venue & vendor selection, planning & logistics as well as on the day co-ordination.
The VK team have successfully styled & managed events all over the world including the south of France, Italy, Amsterdam, Caribbean, New Zealand, Bali, Broome and Doha, Qatar. Based in Henderson, Western Australia the VK Event Management team are available to travel
